We the People: All Men Created Equal Bookshelf Grant

This grant was awarded to Southeast Middle School in January 2008.  The grant provided a mini-library collection books and teaching materials on the theme "All Men are Created Equal".  These materials will be on display in the school library and will be used by teachers and students throughout the school year.

This grant was written by Mrs. Corie Buras & Mrs. Erin Howard.

We the People: Picturing America Poster Grant

This grant was awarded to Southeast Middle School by the National Endowment for the Humainties in 2007.  It contained 40 full color posters of historical American artwork and architechture, along with teaching materials.  The grant was designed to expose students in all subjects to art and American history. 

This grant was written by Mrs. Erin Howard & Mrs. Corie Buras.

Kelly Gene Cook Grant for Wireless Access

The Kelly Gene Cook Sr. Charitable Foundation awarded Southeast Middle School a grant in 2007 to begin preparing the school to have wirless internet access in every class room.
